Low Carb Chocolate-Coconut Clusters

These delicious candies are super simple to make, very low in carbs, and contain plenty of healthy fats. They’re the perfect after-dinner snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients

4 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips
1 ounce chopped walnuts
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Microwave the chocolate chips for about a minute, stirring a couple of times. Stir well until smooth. Add the nuts and the coconut flakes.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Freeze for about an hour, or until set. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 12 clusters.

    These look so simple and delicious, but I don’t really love nuts in my chocolate. Do you think they’ll hold up without the nuts?
