Just thought I'd let you know that I modified the recipe a little bit further by adding a small amount of natural crunchy peanut butter to the middle, along with the bitter dark chocolate...truly scrummy!!! :D And if you put it in a cup-cake and bake it for 10 minutes it turns out a little more moist than when cooked in the microwave...either way YUM!!

One of the nicest (and quickest) chocolatey treats!!! I added 1 square of 99% chocolate in the centre of the mixture before cooking for a gooey, bitter chocolate centre :)

Woohoo I so need to make these tonight. On those macros most of that should be fiber due to the flax. What 1 or 2 is not net from Coco and splenda?
Looks super yum!

Epona - you could try baking in a moderate oven. I have never done it myself. If you try it would like to know how it turns out

These sound wonderful! A few days ago, I mixed 1 scoop of protein powder with a half cup of nonfat yogurt, and it was the exact consistency of frosting. I am going to try it out on these muffins.
