Broady’s Chocolate and Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
1.5 cups almond flour
.5 cup coconut
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup splenda
2 T melted butter
splash of essence (vanilla, coconut, choc)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix until you’ve formed dough. Roll into little balls and bake on 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
