I think I really hit my « wall » this morning, in the shower no less =)) I think now my mind is almost back into competition mode. I guess starting to buy my supplements and stocking up on them kinda pushed me to be READY hehe!
This morning I had a bit more than 1/2c. of oatmeal for breakfast with maybe 1 1/4c. of frozen fruits (which I bought in big 1kg bags for 10$ each
and will do so from now on except it’ll probably last me a while cuz I got 2 bags and one of raspberries heheh !), a few drops of vanilla extract and 1 packet of Sweet n Low. Chewed on 3 packs of gum (I DO/WILL cut down on that once I OFFICIALLY start. I figured Id rather chew gum (sugarless) than have candy bars, chips, pizza, etc… but still need to cut down the gum .oO(curses the darn Dollar Store !!!!! 0.65$ a pack !!!).
I had 2 muffins before I got to work and a large coffee, oh let’s not forget a small peanut butter cookie. I figured basically since I have about 3 weeks (Dec. 28) before I “officially” start working towards my competition, I could indulge a bit but like I said, without going overboard and eating crap like I was for the past almost 2 weeks. I still eat my meals and such, without really weighing my meat/fish accurately. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. Then just a few minutes ago, I had my 1.5 scoop of Vanilla PP mixed with a bit of water. Lunch is veggies with one small chicken boobie… ok speaking of those (guys CLOSE UR EYES DON’T READ lol). Was looking at the “sisters” a few days ago and I was in SHOCK !!! they were actually FULLER !! no more falling down LOL.. before, for months and months, they were S.A.G.G.Y. not big to beginning with but anyways.. lets move on.. didn’t know a pig out session would “grow” them LOL… 3pm/6pm meals are veggies with horse meat and Tilapia.
Heading to the gym after work. Don’t remember what Im doing but I think its chest and a bit of back Id have to check my program. After, drink down my shake and a bit later when Im home, if im hungry, I’ll make some eggwhites/low fat cheese in a pan… Don’t sweat the cheese… its 1g of fat per 30g portion *Grin* and 11g protein I think and the eggwhites I could put a cup (28g protein or I could even just put ½ a cup anyways).
All this to say that I wont restrict myself too much until Dec. 28 but without going overboard.
DID IT ONCE, WILL DO IT BETTER AGAIN THE 2ND TIME AROUND… go me !!!!
