I've made the decision to compete in bikini for my next comp. Next month it will be a year that I've been training, and I just don't see this body doing well in figure, and honestly, it isn't what my head wants either. I have read that bikini requires less muscle, and a softer look, but that's really all I know.
Are there certain muscles that I should concentrate on more than others? Does "softer" mean that the judges don't want capped shoulders or abs showing? (The latter I can do, the former I cannot.) I've looked at comps on youtube and see lots of variations in body types so it's tough to know the goal.
