Stage confidence/presentation?

Hey girls! I was wondering what helps you when you need stage confidence? I know I compare a LOT with other girls, and if I'm weak in the knees having to walk out there, I want to know what you all do to calm your nerves!!

Anything is helpful! I'd love some ideas on how to better present myself.

For me it came down to experience...My first show is was SUPER nervous, and I think it showed on stage. For my second one, I was so relaxed...no nerves and worked it.
Keep your head held high...BIG smile and own it!
You'll be nervous, thats normal...But just know that you belong there!

Once you see how the other girls look and then look at yourself that will give you a ton of confidence. You look amazing and imagine your still in your teens. You're beast!!! And when you walk out on that stage you need to remember that...

YOU ARE AWESOME AND TERRIFIC!!!!!

LOL... Just repeat that to yourself over and over on your walk out to the stage "Im a beast... Im awesome and terrific!!"

How are you doing with your posing?? Are you gonna post any posing videos? I'd love to see them.

My first (and only) show I was super nervous, and I think it showed in the prejudging - where it really counts. By the night show I had loosened up a bit. One thing that helped me is I brought my ipod and danced around backstage to some of my favorite music. People laughed a little but it really got me in a more confident zone.

Well, I was nervous as hell goin into my comp....AND i WAS THE FIRST ONE TO BE CALLED!!! lol...but here is what I kept tellin myself:

" Youre. the. shit......You went through this long ass prep with little to NO cheats, and youre gonna let your nerves get in the way?!?!....Youre only on stage for a short while..which feels like seconds compared to the WEEKS of stressful prep. You deserve this time to shine. People are there to see YOU and how AWESOME YOU look....sooo.....give them what they want..and more."

The shakes left me as soon as I made my first pose...I did better than I expected myself to do, and the music helped alot at the night show.
