Eating...the day of the competition..dum..dumm..dummm
lol...okay guys...so could yall give me some ideas...my last competition, I wasnt as full as I could have been...found this out the next day..when I looked amazing! ..lol...but im thinking I want that amazing look ON the stage this time around...so I have been researching my ASS off...
Here is what Im thinkin about:
**Cheesecake (really thick, wholesome..it has the fat and carbs)..about 20-30min before I hit the stage
**Gatorade (has the electrolytes, carbs, and a lil water..that way im not gettin too much water)....sip on slowly through out the day
**Regular meals...chicken...nibble on some rice cakes??..Im having more difficulty thinkin about my meals inbetween prejudging and the night show...its not so difficult for pump-up and right before I hit the stage...I gotta stay lean all damn day....ugh...

I say go for the cheesecake - perfect amount of fat and carbs to make you full!
I are potatoes and chicken and I was flat for my show, I wish I would have taken the cheesecake route!

I have been wondering this too! Keep the ideas coming. Last time with Crazy Trainer I ate just a bit of chicken in between the pre judging and night shows. I also ate candy corn backstage. It made me bounce off the freakin walls. I had to do a routine for the night show and I was much more energetic!
