As a spectator...I can tell you...I apologise if this post offends anyone, but I tell it like I see it...

The crowd was pretty dead in terms of cheering and carrying on...that is why I like the smaller shows...alot more rowdy and they make it known if they like your physique! This crowd was

I saw people playing games on their iphones...blackberry, texting...they were bored, man!
It dragged on and on...there were in my guess over 200 figure girls to go through!
I am not into dissing people who work hard to achieve their physiques, but when you blatantly "show off" your "celebrity status" It makes you not so likeable anymore. I know this woman JNL probably had to jump through hoops and crap to get to where she is and I am sure inside the industry it is probably even harder and a real struggle for up an commers...BuuuuuuTTTT...if you have already made it...?

showed up with her line up of entourage running behind her with her nose up in the air, you knew it because the crowd watched her walk by as if it was "Angelina Jolie" or someone from Hollywood....I am sure as soon as the 199 other girls that weren't "celebrity" status saw her their hearts must have sank alittle! And of course she won over all figure fitness model at the end of the night and walked away with a 10,000 purse!...and no one even cheered for her. Because no one cared! She has already MADE IT!!!! She had this shocked look of surprise and awe...Oh gimme a break woman!!! It wasn't genuine! It was so fake! the reaction looked so fake to me. The girls that came in 2nd and 3rd didn't even get the recognition...they just walked off stage as if they were invisible...In my opinion if you have already been on TV, on Oprah non the less, in magazines, made it in the fitness industry and your are "celebrity status" keep your arse at home and let the girls who came in 2nd and 3rd have a go at first place!!!! What are you trying to prove?! I would have been more impressed with her...if she chose to host it, or gave out the awards! Not come in and steal the thunder from obviously worn out non celebrities!
I was just amazed by seeing Tosca Reno and Robert Kennedy there! Man that woman is gorgeous!! And TALL! I mean who can't be in awe at that woman who is 50 and has a body that drops jaws! Mine was on the floor!!!! I took a pic from afar, you always feel so intimidated to go up and talk to these people. Or at least I did anyway. Just admired from a far.
Grabbed alot of freebee goodies...good thing because I was starving by 9PM, I chomped down a protein bar!
Anyway...overall, it was a good experience to attend a large show like that, it was great to see all the hard working bodies on stage and off. I filled my quota of perving for the weekend and I am happy.
I dunno...maybe some of you will disagree with the way I saw it, but that was the only negative about the show for me.
I always like to cheer for the underdog...not the top dog!
