You have so much going on right now Jen...Between prepping and making plans for your future, it's a lot to handle. You're body has been through a lot with such a difficult and restrictive prep..You body seems to be begging for more calories.
Do you have binging problems in the off season as well, or is just when you are feeling the deprivation of prep?
I know for myself, I have zero concept of moderation...I have to eat it all and as fast as humanly possible, unless I am prepping. I honestly, have no clue how to have a 'normal' portion
