The holidays were a tough time for me...Novemeber was a bad month but I got on track after thanksgiving, then for roughly 2wks leading up to christmas I ate a lot of junk and binged quite a few times...I was feeling really shitty and depressed, but I've had 2 clean days in a row and I feel like I'm in control again. Now, I just gotta keep it going!

Feel free to vent your frustrations...you know we'll all understand

i was doing good until yesterday. I made it through thanksgiving and christmas day without binging and just enjoying a little of everything. Yesterday i binged hardcore b/c i was stressed and overwhelmed with my life. I'm back on track today. I've been reading this great book called "intuitive eating". Its phenominal but is hard to work through as its breaking the diet mentality.

Wow, I'm so glad I'm not alone! Thanks for being here for me like this, I always feel like I'm the only one struggling. Not sure what I would do without you girls.

You definitely are not alone.

I did well over Thanksgiving, but Christmas was a different story! I had ONE cookie and it was downhill from there. There is something about sweets- I cannot have just ONE. Having ONE sends me on episode of BINGES! Had a crazy two day binge that last Christmas Eve through Christmas Day. I felt like absolute shit from all of the sugar. Needless to say, I stuck to my plan the following day and have been binge free since. Most of my water weight is gone, but I still feel jiggley!

Anyways- please know that you are not alone in this ! The holidays are rough, but the important thing is to get back on track and stick to your plan the following day. I totally can relate to you on this!

intuitive eating is a good one! and eating in light of the moon - similar but equally as good!
