The 4500 cals comes from 3-3.5x what you are currently eating.
I am eating about 1350-1400 a day so I can have 4050-4725.
Next refeed will be lower because I am dropping my cals to 1250-1300 after this Saturday.
Good call Nic!! definitely need this inspiration right now!! All the hard work I did after vacation got thrown out the window in the last 2 weeks! So I am working on my day 1!! Got my apple-pineapple gum in mouth right now as we drive home from work!!
I am on day 7 ( well when I got to bed tonight it will be 7 days)...I gave myself a hard ( figurtive) slap on the face after Vday..and said stop messin' around!
So not one binge despite the urge in 7 days!!
Ohhhhhhhhh...and I think I know where this stems from..after a little conversation with the Mommy today.
She sort of mentioned a little binging of her own...she was like ' you know what I did last night and I am so mad about...I ate almost a whole bag of Chocolate Chips, I don't even like chocolate chips....! You probably don't get it but I really don't know why I do that sometimes...'.............
I was like I TOTALLY GET IT MOM!!! TOOOOTALLY!
So a little insight into where I may have picked it up. Some mother's have no idea the influence they have on their children...my Mom probably didn't realize that when I was a little girl I was watching her do stuff like that...and I didn't realize I was taking it in..until just now.
Hmmmmm... interesting...

Wow...very interesting!
I know a lot of my habits were picked up as a kid...
*Clear your plate
*desserts
*'snack time' (every night!)
My mom has hid her binging I didn't know she did it until recently and she still doesn't admit it. I know because she eats candy ALLLLLLLLLLday at work topped off with 6-10 44oz reg cokes a day that she goes to the gas station to fill, she literally has 1 food type meal a day and says she doesn't eat anything and doesn't know why she has digestive issues. She is in complete denial about the candy she eats. But I've seen her work trash can she literally fills with with wrappers!
Mom never had the clean your plate thing, my grandma and father did (mom and father were/are divorced) they would eat like manics. My fathers side of the family everyone is about my height 5'4-5'7 and the smallest my grandma was 250 pounds. My aunt just died at just over 700. Anyway for dinner we'd make like 7 whole chickens for 5 people to eat. it was crazy even then I knew it was crazy. I picked up binging when I was with mike I'd eat for comfort it was usually like eating pack after pack of ramien noodles. gross. Anyway weird how family eating habits effect you.
