4 was keeeeled.

Day 5 going well and strong.

Day 5 went OK. I was tempted to binge but instead made a slightly unclean version of what I wanted (Brown rice, chicken veggies and teriaki sauce just 2 tablespoons)and then I wanted something sweet so I made sure I had a "fail safe" in place incase I 'needed" something sweet. I had a vanilla greek yogart. Then I was good and didn't over eat.

Starting Day 6 and I see success in my future

I havent binged in 12 days, but I was using cough drops as a 'snack' to avoid the temptation of food...That is not healthy for me and it needed to stop. So now my focus is not only to remain binge-free, but to make HEALTHY choices for myself each day...So far, I've got 2 days.

Go Nic!
You can do this...I will admit, I have been replacing the need to binge with eating mints...not good, not good.

It also helps that after doing some research...those cough drops have 10cals PER drop! OMG and I wonder why I gained weight...I ate a TON!

ALY this is AMAZING. GREAT job. Keep it up!! We all can do this , we are more than capable. Today is day 7 for me ! YES ! One full week of being binge free! I think what helps is being mindful of what I eat. Before I feel a binge coming on I NEED to ask myself "Am I really hungry?" or "why am I eating this?" Sometimes it's so hard- I throw in the towel in even after asking myself these questions. Stupid binge impulse!

Time to keep the streak going!!! We got this ladies!!

Those are good questions to ask.
I find the need to binge hits me when I feel either:
tired
stressed or
bored.

Yesterday they were handing out cookies at work to our guests. I told the cookie girl to not even roll that cart near my desk because I was a ) tired b) stressed. Lethal combo, there would have been a strong chance I would crack.
She was a good girl and stayed clear away!
Right before she put them away she whispered from afar, with the cart out of sight' do you guys want a cookie?' as not to rouse anything in me...such a good girl! lol
