hi ladies! its been a while since i posted so i figured i'd stop in and say hello. its coming up on 3 weeks for me binge free i can't believe it. I bought a book called Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. I'm on my 2nd time through reading it and it is an amazing book! Its really teaching me to stop with all the diet rules and to eat based on my natural hunger cues which i have ignored for so many years to follow what all the "experts" recommendations. I've stopped weighing and measureing everything. I eat slowly and really listen to my body. If i'm craving something i'm learning to have some and thats ok. Yesterday I had some pancakes with eggs for breakfast and it didn't turn into a binge fest. I'm so proud of myself and I just wanted to share this with you all. Hope you all are doing well

Ok third post in a row- i don't know how to combine it all into one lol.

Today is Day #3 of binge free. I'm training for a photo shoot and commerical shoot. For some REASON I decided to binge Sunday and Monday :( because I knew Tuesday was go time and marked the "12 weeks out" day. Does anyone else find that they go on massive binges the day before their contest/photoshoot prep starts? It's a horrible way of thinking and is definitely something I need to work on. There is NO REASON to binge with all of this motivation and incentives. Hell, there's no reason to binge ever :/ .

I may have to post on this thread every single day how many days I am binge free. It will hold me accountable.
