I've been binging for days straight and I don't know what to do. I feel miserable. I want things to be better tomorrow, but I don't know what route to take. I feel physically and mentally and emotionally a mess... I feel immobilized, trapped, and hurt. Please, is there anything I can do tomorrow to get myself back on track? Should I keep on keeping on with the demand feeding, or should I switch over to some structure at least for a little while? The mornings after a binge I am never hungry, but then into the evening I end up gorging on food...

what do you do to snap yourself out of the funky cycle?

Fist of all, I am so sorry for what you're going through...I have been there more times than I can count so my heart goes out to you

The best thing you can do is get back on track the next day! Even if you're not hungry, make sure you are eating small meals/snacks throughout the day or else like you said you will be binging at night, which will keep the cycle going. I always drink a TON of water all day as well, it will help ease your belly and release the bloat/sick feeling that you have.

Just stick with a healthy meal plan, get plenty of water and put the previous night behind you...leave the binge and guilt in the past where it belongs

Keeping a food journal can help too! Don't beat yourself up over this.... what's done is done. Just look at each day as a new one and go from there!
