Does anyone have any ideas for low carb veggie snacks that don't involve peanut butter (like celery and pb)? I need something I can eat at work, but I think I may need to stay away from the pb for a while (and all nut products for that matter), because I can have a tendency to go overboard. And plain celery just isn't cutting it. How do you incorporate your veggies when you're away from home?
What about things like broccoli, cauliflower, or whatever other veggies you like, in a plastic container? If you're doing a low carb diet, you can always add low carb dressing to your veggies to make them taste great!

You girls are awesome! I am totally brain dead- why did I forget about dressing?! And I'll have to look into the popcorn seasoning...never would have thought of that. But I'm wondering if it works well with raw veggies...
Cucumbers in red wine vinegar (dillute the vinegar with water of course)
Peppers (bell) I love the red and yellow plain, green are usually really good too but sometimes get old.
This is awesome together I like to male a cucumber salad with peppers and tomatoes with red wine vingar and a touch of OO with about a tablespoon of fresh parm and cracked black pepper. Very yum!
No, the popcorn seasoning is just good on steamed veg...so it sticks!
You could make a dip with cottage cheese pureed or greek yogurt...mix some spices in, and VOILA! Or HUMMUS!
