Does anyone have any good recipes for preparing broccoli. I have a love/hate relationship with the stuff. If prepared well, I can eat a ton of it, but if not, it will make me gag. I am a big fan of asian-flavored broccoli... sesame seeds, etc.... but don't know how to prep that cleanly. Does anyone have any interesting ways of preparing broccoli that makes it go down much easier, and even dare I say ENJOYABLE to eat??

I love love love eating the stalks of freash broc. You know the hard to eat bottom part. Well if you cut away the fibrous material that is not digestable you get the crunchy and sweet stalk it's the best part of broc imo. I eat it just barely cooked in some chicken stock with alittle bit of parm and fresh cracked black pepper very yum!

Asian broc you can cook broc with some soy sauce with touch of honey and some seame seeds. Personally, I'll just dilute some teriyaki sauce that has no MSG and do it that way.

I like to steam mine and put sea salt over it...or drizzle it with olive oil and roast it in the oven, if I have time.

I steam brussel sprouts all the time... so I'm not sure why I've never tried this with broccoli!
