GREAT news Tammy- thank you ! Can you tell I'm someone that needs 'rules' in order to try new things- otherwise I get stuck in a rut for fear of changing and it having baaaaad consequences!

Any ideas on what to use it with? I've made my standard prawn 'pate' (prawns hand blended with greek yogurt- though sometimes cream cheese or cottage cheese ) so do you think it would go with that? Atop some delish seeded bread!! Ooo I'm drooling at the thought!
