I use Fitday.com....I create my own food cause their database some sometimes be off a little. It gives you a nice little pie chart for your macro %...very simple, effective and FREE

I used to use fit day too - very easy to use and I definitly recommend "creating your own" foods

I am with Matts Mom...she turned me on to My Fitness Pal and I have compared it to the rest. I find it the easiest to use and I like the layout way better than most!
