Question unplanned clean cheat

I have been having an awful week/weekend, feeling really bummed today. Been squeaky clean with my diet for 11 days. Today I just simply did not feel like having one of the meals on the plan my diet coach gave me. It was supposed to be 150g haddock (sick of), 100g carrots, 100 g green beans and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. I ate the veggies and ate this instead of the fish and oil:
1/4 C oat bran
1 banana,
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 scoop choc pro powder
1 tablespoon hemp hearts,
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 cup egg whites

made into pancakes, but just barely cooked so more like fresh brownies. They were yummy.

I'm skipping my last meal: 200g egg whites, 100g cucumber, 100g red pepper,
1/2 tablespoon olive oil.

I know it was all clean foods but I changed my macros and ate carbs late in the day. I worry that my progress will suffer now :(
I am slightly disappointed in myself, I could have chosen to suck it up and stick with my plan. Am I just being silly, or should I prepare myself for a disappointing result when I step on the scale 2 or 3 days from now?

Its no biggie to stray from the plan once in a while and you made a great/healthy choice...you didnt eat a junk! At the end of the day, the macros dont matter...its the calories that are important to make progress...Dont stress, carbs do not know how to tell time so you can eat them whenever you want

You're doing awesome girl, dont let this get ya down...Give yourself credit for making a healthy decision

True, lol, the bananas can't tell time! I am so silly sometimes. I feel like if I'm not following plan then I am risking getting out of control and bingeing. But I didn't binge or feel particularly out of control. This is progress. Back to the haddock today, it sure helps when I don't answer the door and accidentally overcook it

Don't stress over it...we all stray at times at it's not like you ate unclean, you still remained very clean. I usually eat chicken breast and brown rice for lunch but I just wasn't feeling it today so I had a turkey sandwhich (typically stay away from bread) but it was good and I'm not going to feel guilty about it...it was still a clean eat.
