Default Paleo Potluck

I know a few of you have tried eating Paleo -- I have heard the buzz about it, but I'm honestly not even sure what it means, or how strict it is! But my crossfit gym is having a paleo potluck tomorrow and I want to be social and get to know more people there.

So, anyone have any ideas of what I can bring? I'll admit I'm not much of a cook, but I can follow directions. Help!
