you wonderful ladies can iron out my niggles.......

As some of you may know I am working on a big overhaul diet and training and am trying to put a plan in place.

Nic had kindly helped me up out with a formula to work out my macro's. (thanks Nic)
A few questions though....

Carbs.....

Swede, turnips?
Are they classed as starchy carbs?
Where do I count them?

I make a big veggie stew cooked in stock and passata herbs, spice etc......
Can I eat this at night?
Will it affect my progress?

I also eat MASSIVE portions of these veggies balanced out with my protein.
How can I stop being such a hungry/greedy girl?
How do you cut down portions without feeling hungry?
I don't eat meat any longer so protein sources are mostly egg whites and prawns and sometimes other fish.

I also eat nuts mostly brazils/almonds for fat / protein source.

How should I time my meals what should I NOT eat at night and what is favourable.

My complex carbs will come mostly from Oats (Gluten free) some cause reactions and also sweet potatoes and very occasionaly rice.

I am not scared of fats. (Well apart from any lumped on to my body) haha!

I guess what I really need is a structured plan?
Can anyone show me a sample of what is a 'good' example?
(Obviously appreciate weights and measurements depend on individual person).

It is scary that 80% of my results will come from what goes in my gob......
I don't want to play anymore, I want it A1!
I will work hard, i just need the tools/advice!

I know all about what is good/bad for me?
Now I need to manipulate it all and i am lost!
As in when to eat carbs, how often? When to avoid etc?

Should I be incorporating a cheat meal?
Oh blimey so sorry but I just want to be ready to go go go come feb 1st!

Thanks so much in advance for any help and advice you can all give
And thanks again Nic for helping me with the numbers
Now time for me to learn to put the right stuff together....
