Question Heading in a different direction

Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off with $20 Purchase.

I know a lot of you ladies have trained for figure competition and I wouldn't call you bigger built, but I'm looking to achieve a smaller build, namely more towards like bikini that I can maintain all year around. I'm not completely sure how I should be training or eating.

Low carb? Moderate or high?

I already keep my diet fairly clean, but should I be eating or lifting slightly different??

Usually I aim for about 5 meals a day.

Meal 1

A slice of whole wheat bread, 1 tbps of butter and 1/2 cup cottage cheese, or one boiled egg.

Meal 2

Salad with an oil based dressing
1/2 tin of tuna
Cheese
Apple and some walnuts

Meal 3

Shake
A fruit

Meal 4

40z chicken breast, green veggies

Meal 5 (Post workout)

Shake
Rice cakes.

Suggestions? I take a multi vitamin and fish oil as well 3 capsules a day.

Thanks in advanced. xx
