my cookbook, The EZ Whey

I actually went to culinary school, i was thinking of combining my knowledge of nutrition and cooking skill and creating my own cook book, it would be great if i had some input from you ladies if you have anything you would like to share. I saw the recipe for PROTEIN ice cream i almost died! How fantastic.

This sounds like a GREAT idea!! I think you should go for it..every time I look at a "healthy" cookbook..I always think twice of buying it becuase their healthy isn't our healthy..lol..does that make sense? But I would TOTALLY by your book...I will be your first customer!!

I have Gourmet Nutrition and I love it..I am constantly lending it out to my friends who are new to the health scene and they fall in love with it as well..

If you dont mind me asking, how much did your Gourmet Nutrition book cost? I have been looking for one online and it costs $40. Do you know where I could find a lower priced one? thanks!
