Anabolic diet:

5 days of no more than 30g net carbs followed by 1-2 days of very high carbs.

Atkins:

Diet phases which start off on very low carbs, and gradually add in more grains depending on where your set point is.

Atkins, as far as I know, doesn't have refeed phases...it's more of a chronically low carb diet.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Stardust you are so FAST! Thank you very much. I didn't realize that anabolic diet involved some carbs, that sounds like a big difference because I know atkins doesn't. Much clearer now!

Yup, it's a deplete and refeed strategy . Great for building muscle and keeping fat low!

And I like answering peoples questions ASAP because I know I like having answers right away too, hehe.
