Desk job and lower back pain?

Hey ladies!

Any of you girls out there with a desk job get lower back pain? or pains in their neck and shoulders??

I get it sooo bad.

I try to walk away from my desk as much as I can...my desk is fairly high so I can even stand when I do my work, so I try that. Nothing eases it! and the neck and shoulder pain...uggghhh..I have no clue how to get rid of these pains...any solutions? ( aside from quiting my job)

I sit at a desk quite a bit too....but I'm a chiropractic assistant, so I get adjusted to keep my body feeling good
