What is wrong with me lately?! Like literally, I'm in 2 sweaters right now, sweat pants, socks, AND wrapped up in a blanket desperately trying to get warm. The house feels like a fridge, but everyone else is totally fine. It's almost 20 degrees outside, and people are walking around in their T-shirts, but I'm freezing my derriere off!!
Do you think I might be coming down with some sort of cold or something?

You could be coming down with something so you are smart to take that Vitamin C! I'm with Nic though....I am always cold! Hoping that you aren't getting sick Christine!

This happens to me every contest prep.....when I am lower calories and my metabolism slows down...I am freezing. I have a refeed and feel nice and warm.
one of the ways my online trainer used to base my diet on and if I needed refeed or not was how cold my hands and feet were all the time and how warm I got during cardio sessions.
I always get really cold when my calories are super low and I am cutting. Even in the dead of the summer! Is that what you are doing right now?

I think you girls hit the nail on the head! As soon as I had my refeed, WHAM. Not cold anymore. Most likely just the low carbs/calories!
