Facial Self Tanners

I've tried many different kinds and they all clog my pores and give me blackheads, and some make me break out pretty badly too. I don't know what to try anymore and I like to tan my body, so I was hoping that someone here may have ideas. Anyone?

When I used to tan, I wouldnt tan my face either and would just use make up and blend it into my tan. I would use a foundation a little darker and a bronzer powder and it looked natural...nobody knew that I didnt tan my face

Ever try using a gel tanner? they have little to no oil in the product.

Thanks for the responses guys. I have tried doing this with just the makeup, Nic, but it didn't work out because I can't wear enough makeup to the gym to make it work, and even if I did, it would just sweat right off. :(

Aly, do you know any specific names or brands that you can recommend? I haven't tried any gels. Thanks.

I think L'Oreal has a good gel brand.
Just don't be too heavy handed with gels. Unlike their cream counterpart you can't see where you have applied it...but like you, my skin needs gels. So it works really well!
