I think that pretty much sums up any of the "shoot me in the head now" conversations that I've had with any of the aerobics instuctors at my gym!!!!!

so sad, yet so true of the "average woman's" view of lifting. Sigh. funny stuff though "Im eating sugar-free snapple, sugar-free brownies, etc." instead of fruit.
