Hey, thank you all so much for making me feel so welcome!
My story is very long and spans most of my adult life - started off with starvation in my teens because I thought I was fat, turned into an exercising obsession when I was about 18, then I had my son and binge ate throughout my whole 20's.
I started off my weight loss in February this year weighing 198lb - even at 5ft 7 I couldn't carry if off as well as I thought! Between February and July I lost 50lb and am successfully maintaining my weight so far. I did it very sensibly, cut out junk and processed foods, ate around 2000 calories daily and worked hard with the weights and the weight fell off me. It was hard at times, but it's been so worth it!

Phase 2 starts next week, with me trying to build a little more mass and lose the last layer of squish.
