Hi Ladies!
I'm new to the forum so just thought I would say hello!
Recently moved to Calgary from Regina for university.
Took up lifting 4 months ago under the guidance of my fiance who is a personal trainer--and ended up actually liking it! haha who knew!
Look forward to getting to know some of you and take part in discussions!
