Hello everyone! So, I'm new here and I am so glad that I have finally found what looks like a great forum! I am 21 and in college and am looking foward to getting into the best shape of my life. I have always been pretty athletic and thin, but I want to be strong. I have several fitness goals in mind and hopefully I can learn new ways to achieve them because what I have been doing hasn't always worked so well.
It is time for me to be a bit selfish and put myself first. I am totally ready! Hope to see you all posting around
