Unfortunately, I don't foresee this happening any time soon, simply due to the fact that we've already tried this.
When we first started this site, one of my priorities was to get our members the "gear" for which they'd been asking. We invested quite a bit of money into it after a whole lot of requests for various clothing items, journals, water bottles, and so forth.
It was all made available in a nicely laid out "mall," and included different designs, styles, colors, and just about anything you could ask for.
Now, not only did we invest money into creating this virtual mall, but it was also costing us money to maintain it. After a few months went by and only ONE person made a purchase (the same ONE person who always tries to find ways to support us and donate to the board ), we had to get rid of the store and start thinking of ways to pay off the investment.
Still paying it off now.
So unfortunately, as great of an idea as this seems to be, it just doesn't work -- as proven by our expensive experiment.
What happen to the stuff you had in the mall? Do you still have it?
How can we support the site O? I'd like to help. Have you posted anything up? I would think that there are some people here that would make a contribution to help out the site....

Right now, the best way our members can support us, is by shopping with our sponsors through the links posted on this website. I've made this announcement many times, and I also include all of our sponsor links in each of our newsletters.

I've even switched certain things I take to a different brand so I can get them through bb.com. Is there a way we can notify you and you know for sure that we've made a purchase? Sometimes I worry that about you getting credit for the purchase.
Could I be clicking wrong when I order through bb.com I use the link you posted in the sticky in the supps forum? Do I need to be clicking a banner? When I ordered from amazon I used the banner.

So far Ive only made one purchase (and I told you about it) so when ever Im going to make a purchase I will be either contacting you or looking here for a link. I do need to buy some supplements as Im running low.

This is quite upsetting to know that it's possible OL doesn't get credit for purchases I have made! What kind of info should I PM you - username, item purchased, when, etc on whatever site?
Hey, another thing I have noticed... when I click on some of the links around the site/in the newsletters, it takes me to "smiley central"... Not sure why its happening-- Is it just me? Is it supposed to happen?
You can just PM me the place from which you'd purchased, and the amount spent (so we can match it up). That's about all the info we need.

WhenI order I do my best to shop from the links to ensure I support this site and these wonderful ladies it is quite upsetting to me. I am sure it is to you as well prob even more so since with out the incomming money it just becomes a money sink and we don't want that!

What you gals can also do which would help Olesya tremendously is TOTALLY FREE.
Here is the trick:
Whenever you come across an article on this website that you like scroll to the bottom, right before the comments box and you will see a little sign that reads "sharing is caring". Now click on any of those pop up boxes that move when you scroll over them and submit the link to the website you clicked on.... easy.
By doing that little free trick you are telling some powerful websites that you want to share that article with others and more importantly that you appreciate Olesya's hard work in bringing you the best information she possibly can.
This helps promote this website in the eyes of GOOGLE as well. The more people click and submit articles they enjoy and link them around the internet the more Olesya is rewarded for her efforts.
Please let everyone you know that reads those articles to "share" them with at least one of those websites on that list of pop up boxes. (Examples that are there : Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Digg, Technorati, BuxzUp,etc,etc)
