OL Email notifications?

Hey all,

Does anyone know how to turn off the email notifications from this website ? I have a Blackberry, so my email is connected to my phone. EVERY SINGLE time someone posts on a thread I receive it on my phone. I litterally get about sixty a day. It's too much for me to handle especially with work and personal emails coming through too! I went into "edit options" under USER CP, and put "no email notifications" but I STILL get them!

Please help if you can!

make sure you are in this section of your UserCP

"Default Thread Subscription Mode"
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

Make sure that particular setting is set to "do not subscribe" or 'no email notification"
