Ok BIG O, as Ricky Ricardo would say...."splaine away"...what happened to Fit Girl World? Do we type oliciouslife.com now? or still fitgirlworld.com?

P.S. I don't know if others got this, but I typed in fitgirlworld once from work, and some porn site showed up no word of a lie. Is that why the name change?

I dunno but I am loving the designs! I did love FGW (A LOT!) but this is more sophisticated and mature. Love the pink, love the subtle colors, and thanks for putting more smilies where their more visible!

Ha! K, lemme 'splain myself...

There were a few reasons for the change. Firstly, there are just too many sites out there with the words "fit girl" in their names; and I think we deserve to be different.

The other thing is, a few people have mentioned that another similarly named site leads to a porn site, which is definitely not something we want to be associated with.

Also, "Fit Girl World" just didn't seem "friendly" enough for the everyday woman who may not consider herself "fit" quite yet. I think it sent the wrong message to the beginners, who may've interpreted the name to mean that the site is for "fit girls," and not for anyone -- including those who are just beginning on their journey.

There were a few other reasons as well, but those are the biggest ones. The main one for me personally, is just the desire for us to be totally unlike anyone else.

So now, we're all olicious!

I think you're saying it right.

It's pronounced the same way "delicious" is, except with an "o" instead of the "de."

I prefer the new name as well. As fit is where I aim to be, but I am definitely not where I was 2 years ago. So as one of the non-fit people here working my way to the fit goal... I thank you kindly.

Hahahaha... I was wondering what happen???? I had been away for a little bit and came back and BAM! New name, new look... I kind of dig it O! I liked the look before but I REALLY like it now!
