I know SF Jello is the way to go when it comes to light desserts. Here are two recipes you are going to love!
Cherry Coke Jello
Boil 2 cups of water
add 2 packets of sugar free cherry jello
Add one can of diet coke
Refrigerate for three hours
Cherry Spritzer Jello
Boil two cups of water
Add 2 packets of SF cherry Jello
Add one can of lemon mineral water (or any flavor)
Sprinkle one Crystal Light Single over the top (I used grape)
Chill for three hours
I made the latter last night and my kids nearly ate the entire bowl (and they are not Jell-o fans).
