What kind of hot pepper sauce? Tabasco, or something different? Do you saute it with veggies or what? It sounds so delicious!

So after watching this video and taking notes, here is what I got:

(about a 3 serving batch)

10.5 oz chicken breast cubed
1tsp olive oil
3tbsp NATURAL peanut butter
sprinkle of ginger
bit of cayanne pepper
some crushed red pepper
some minced garlic
1tbsp soy sauce

In a cast iron or non stick frying pan (he does not recommend teflon) on low heat put the tsp of olive oil. Then add the 3 tbsp of the natural peanut butter. Spread the PB over the pan. Sprinkle with ginger (all over), some cayanne pepper, some crushed red pepper some minced garlic (these are to taste preference) and the tbsp of soy sauce.
Dump the chicken in and mix to coat. Let sit on medium heat for a bit. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the chicken pieces.
Great to add to salads etc.
YUM!!!!!!

me too, and you know who actually got me to write down the recipe?....MY 6 YR OLD DAUGHTER!!! She said "yum peanut butter chicken, can you make that mommy?". Try it for the kids. See, we can never have PB sandwiches here in T.O as the schools don't allow becasue of allergies so PB is a novelty... I'm gonna try it too this week! Hopefully they'll like...

OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! Yes, I am jumping up and down and squealing like a tween Twilight fangirl who has just gotten her first pair of Edward Cullen panties! This peanut butter chicken was SOOOOO GOOD! It was filling and delicious and has already become my new favorite meal! If you have not tried this yet, DROP EVERYTHING AND MAKE IT! You will not be sorry. I will be making this weekly. In other news, the kids hated it, but I knew that was coming.
