For some reason I can not play the video. Does anyone have the text version of this recipe? Now I am curious!

1/2 cup steel cut oats or groats
2 dates (1 will do the trick though if you're watching your sugar)
1/4 cup of walnuts and pumpkin seeds
Approx. 1 cup of almond milk
sprinkle of cinnamon
Soak the oats, nuts and dates over night in separate bowls. Rinse the oats and nuts in the morning but use all of the date liquid as a sweetening syrup. Combine with almond milk and cinnamon. If you want it warm then combine it all in a pot and warm for 5 minutes on the stove!
I hope you like it!!!

Hey thanks for that. I always have to soak my grains anyway since I'm a pescetarian and try to squeeze as much protein out of them as possible. (beans too of course).

I would sometimes make my own almond milk as well but its a more expensive way of doing it than just buying a carton. And its always gone in less than an hour. You can also make oatmeal milk too.
