Hey ladies! I'm looking for yummy, low-carb, filling (if possible) snack recipes. If you got em, lets have em!

One of mine would have to be my chocolate protein cake! It goes as such:

SNEEZING'S CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CAKE

- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4-5 packs of splenda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- water (just a tiiiiiny bit, enough to make it cake batter consistency)
- 1-2 tbsp. flax (optional)

1.) In a microwaveable bowl, beat the egg, and then add the vanilla, splenda, baking powder, protein powder, cocoa, flax (if using), and water. (in that order)

2.) Microwave on HIGH for 40-60 seconds, or until the top is *slightly* moist, but not too moist.

3.) Cool and pop out of the bowl. Top with peanut butter, fat-free/sugar-free whipped cream, sugar-free syrup, or any of your other favorite toppings!

I also like switching things up with this recipe and making it with different flavors.

Share your recipes here, girls!

AD FLAX MUFFIN
1/4 cup flax (I use an aussie product called Fibre X)
1 egg
1 tsp butter (I dont use this in mine)
1.5 pkt splenda (can use less but I am a sweet tooth)
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 baking powder

Mix together to make a batter, pour into a coffee cup and microwave for at least 60 secs mine usually take 75 secs

BROADYS VARIATIONS

CHOCOLATE COCONUT FLAX MUFFIN
1/4 cup fibre x
1 egg
1.5 pkt splenda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 T cocoa powder
coconut extract (few drops)

CHOC-BERRY FLAX MUFFIN
1/4 cup fibre x
1 egg
1.5 pkt splenda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 T cocoa powder
1/4 cup berries
*this takes slightly longer to cook because I use frozen berries.

You could also add protein powder but I dont like the texture of cooked protein powder so I usually have a banana protein shake on the side

Well I might as well thow a "savory" idea out there..

Nothing to gourmet:

Tuna, Almonds, Spinach and Mustard Mash:

Cook spinach, Stir in a can of tuna, squeeze in some mustard, add a touch of water(easier mixing), then thrown in a few almonds and chow down

i like a scoop of chocolate p.p. with about 200ml semi skim milk. microwave it for about 1 minute or until it thickens.

its like thick, chocolate custard but nicer and if u let it cool then it gets that skin on the top....... mmm!!!

Peel a cucumber, toss it in the food processer. Puree. Add protein powder, I've tried vanilla and berry flavours. Refreshing, filling and a great way to sneak in some veggies.
