here's one:

- oatmeal
- chicken breast
- spices

mix all together and enjoy


Another

- egg whites
- brown rice
- cocoa powder + splenda

when the egg whites are almost done, add already cooked brown rice and fry together - when done, add the cocoa powder and splenda - mix and enjoy!!!


Let's see them ladies!!!!!

Krew - what proportions do you use with these recipes? The egg whites with brown rice, cocoa powder and splenda sounds like a great "rice pudding" type recipe. Do you microwave after mixing? or eat cold? I don't like using sweeteners and trying to get more protein. Am thinking of adding some protein powder to this as well as a little water and microwaving.

I used to mix cooked rice with vanilla protein powder (and just enough water to make the "sauce") and cinnamon and it tasted exactly like rice pudding
