Based this recipe off O's muffin recipe on the front page

1.5 cup oat bran
1/2 banana mashed
1 T cocoa powder
1/2 t baking powder
4 egg whites
2 T lf choc milk
t cin
t vanilla ess

I didnt put any protein powder in mine as I personally dont like the texture of cooked protein powder (I had a protein shake on the side instead) but you could certainly put in 1 scoop in you wanted to
