Ok ladies... Chicken pot pie is one of my all time favorite foods. I can't eat it since most of the kinds you find in stores are loaded with everything you shouldn't eat. Does anyone have an healthy versions of making this comfort food okay to eat?

Ditto but if you wanted to take it out I am sure you could. I think the recp has 11g of fat per serving so if that fits have it.

Butter doesn't have all the crap in it that margarine has in it and it actually has some natural minerals in it and as mentioned above.

But you could use pam or OO to greese the dish as replacement and OO can replace as well if you use don't want to use butter. It just doesn't provide the richness that butter usually does. Butter asit cools is also a natural thickener.
