Most amazing flavor sensation my mouth has ever experienced from poultry!
chicken breast
pesto
provolone
prosciutto (sp?)
seasoning of choice
cut open the chicken and stuff with a layer of pesto, as much as you like depending on taste...I used about 2 TBSP I think
on top of the pesto add a slice of provolone cheese
top the chicken breast with seasonings of choice (I used parsely, garlic powder, cracked pepper & italian)
wrap chicken in prosciutto & bake @ 375* for 45 minutes
Let rest for 10-15 minutes to preserve juicyness!!
*OMG thank god I only made 2 servings last night or I'd have made a pig of myself!!!
