*1-1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder (can use vanilla too)
*some water to make it a pudding like consistency (1/4 cup, play with this)
*1 Tbsp. Natural peanut butter (PUT THE PB BACK IN THE FRIDGE AFTER YOUR TBSP IS MEASURED!!!)[/COLOR]
Mix the protein powder with the water, add in the pb and mix well. This is YUMMMO and feels like a pudding cheat treat but is it full of protein and GOOD fats!![/FONT]
