5 egg whites
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 oz. of sliced almonds
cinnamon (to taste)
1 pack of splenda
1) Beat the egg whites with the cinnamon and splenda, and pour into a heated pan. Smear the peanut butter inside, sprinkle the almonds over the inside, and close up like an omelette.
2) Top with 1 tbsp. of sugar-free syrup.
OMG. I've been making this for a few days....AMAZING!!!

I made it but drizzled choco sugar free syrup over the PB omitted the nuts and splenda and then closed like an omlette/crepe!! YUMMMMMMOOOOOOOOO
Ohhhh that's good too I've made this so many diff ways...one of my favs is peanut butter and sugar-free strawberry jam! Add a little flax or psyllium husk to the eggs before cooking it....tastes like a PB sandwich!!

Ok girl, sorry for the silly questions but you know I am always looking for something sweet that will keep me on my diet!
1) You pour the whites into a pan as if you are making eggs and cook them on their own first? I can't imagine smearing pb into soft egg whites! Clarification, please?

2) any idea of the calories in this?
Like an omelet...you wait for the eggs to settle before putting the filling in, right? It's the same way I just lay it down in globs at the center and flip it over!
Calories will vary, depending on the different stuff you have. I'd guesstimate at around 25-26g of protein, 22-23g of fat, and about 6g of carbs.
