Nice egg white concoction....

Mm this won't be to everyone's taste... until you've tried it honestly, it sounds 'questionable' (!) but it's got a slight sweetness to it (maybe from the wheatgerm or the yogurt) and is yum and kind of pancake-esque. plus it's full of good stuff!

2 tbsp wheatgerm
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 tsp low fat natural yogurt

mix them all together (just enough so the yogurt is evenly distributed in the mixture really).
micro in 30 second installments.

i guess you could do it flat so it is more pancake-like, but i mash it a bit with a fork between blitzes in the micro as i like it in pieces added to yogurt and an apple (weird combo but it kept me full for aaaaaages and the cinnamon and apple are an obvious combination)
