Default Super Healthy Trail mix!

Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off with $20 Purchase.

I just threw this together now and it makes a huge batch that will last weeks! ( or a few days if you have someone living with you who eats like my bf )
It has a ton of healthy fats, both poly and mono unsaturated...

**note that measurements are just a suggestion put in as much or as little of something as you like.

1/2 cup raw peanuts
1/2 cup natural almonds
1/2 cup natural walnuts ( chopped or halved)
4 or 5 brazil nuts ( chopped into big pieces)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2-2 1/2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut ( organic preferably)
about 6-7 small. dried organic apricots ( chopped into small pieces)
1/3 cup goji berries

Layer ingriedents in a large ziploc container. Then shake to mix.
This will last you ages. And I got everything at Bulk Barn for under $10!!!!. The coconut sweetens it without adding sugar, sweetner or honey. And there is NO granola or candies in it! Unlike all the trail mixes you find pre-made.
You can add whatever dried fruit you like, or if you are dieting you can for go it all together.
I think a sprinkle or two of the unsweetened coconut is manditory for a little sweetness. But, the amount you will actually eat in one serving is next to nothing.

Enjoy!!!
