AVOCADO AND TUNA STUFFED PORTOBELLA
INGREDIENTS
Large Portobello mushrooms
1 large avocado (120 grams)
1 can of tuna
Sprinkle of seasoning salt
Sprinkle of ground pepper
PREPARATION
1. Pre heat your oven to 350.
2. Prep the Portobello’s by removing the stems. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, tops down.
3. Mash the avocado, tuna and spices together. Fill the mushroom with the tuna and avocado mixture.
4. Bake for 30 min, or until mushroom is tender.
VARIATION: USE CHICKEN, SALMON, OR LEAN GROUND MEAT INSTEAD OF TUNA.
