AVOCADO CHOCOLATE ICECREAM

INGREDIENTS
120 grams avocado
2tsp cocoa powder
Stevia to taste
Few drops of maple extract

PREPARATION
1. Mash avocado, or puree it in a blender.
2. Transfer avocado to a bowl.
3. Add cocoa, stevia, and extract then stir until blended.
4. Place the chocolate mixture into the freezer for about 30 min.
5. Take out and enjoy

VARIATION: DO NOT FREEZE, EAT AS “MOUSSE”.

This reminds me of a vegan chocolate mousse cake a good friend of mine created.

The crust was dates blended with nuts... the mousse was avocado, agave nectar, and cocoa powder. Simply delicious with more nuts on top!

This sounds great! What kind of stevia do you use? I can't find one that doesn't make me want to rip my tongue out and stomp on it.

I think this could be pretty good.
Avocado has that nice creamy texture with not a lot of flavour, but add something to it and it is amazing!

as you can see I LOVE avocado!!!
