ALMOND BUTTER CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
30 grams Natural Almond Butter
5 oz pre cooked chicken, chopped
Fresh or frozen Spinach
Seasoning salt
PREPARATION
1. Place the almond butter in a microwaveable bowl; microwave it for 30 seconds or until mixable (may not need to microwave at all).
2. Mix the chopped up chicken into the almond butter, slowly adding a small amount of water until everything comes together.
3. Sprinkle seasoning salt on top and stir to combine.
4. Place chicken mixture on top of fresh spinach leaves for a delicious salad or on top of steamed spinach for a warm treat!
VARIATION: USE TUNA, SALMON, OR LEAN GROUND MEAT INSTEAD OF CHICKEN.
