Clean salad dressings?

Ladies can anyone help recommend a good clean salad dressing?

I usually use apple cider vinegar or balsamic mixed with splenda but I am trying to cut back and eventually eliminate Splenda?

I made one yesterday with Honey dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar, it was 'ok' but I am sure there must be plenty more out there?

I like to be quite 'liberal' with my dressing so I always add any OO separately.

Have you ever looked into the Gourmet Nutrition Cookbook by Precision Nutrition. It has some AWESOME salad dressing recipes, plus spreads and toppings, desserts..you name it and all CLEAN!

Oooooo thanks Ally, sounds like it could be a good investment for me.
I have been enjoying baking 'clean PWO treats' this week too so more experimenting for me I think! Yum yummy! x

they can be purchased online, or I get mine at whole foods. many natural foods stores carry them

they are seriously delicious!
